Refund Policy – The Court

Effective Date: August 12, 2025

At The Court, we strive to provide a fair and transparent booking process. Please read our refund terms carefully before making a reservation or purchase.

1. 10-Pack Court Time Plans
• All 10-Pack Court Time Plans are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
• Expired sessions cannot be reinstated or credited.

2. Single Session Bookings
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled time may be eligible for a reschedule or credit toward a future booking.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
• No-shows forfeit the booking with no refund.

3. Memberships
• Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
• Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

4. Events, Rentals, and Camps
• Deposits for events, private rentals, or camps are non-refundable.
• Balance payments follow the same cancellation rules as single session bookings unless otherwise stated in the event contract.

5. Force Majeure

If The Court must cancel your booking due to weather, emergencies, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full credit or reschedule at no additional cost.
